Listing Rules
To keep Mid-Atlantic Truck Authority safe, transparent, and useful for everyone, all listings must follow the rules below.
Required Information
- All vehicles must have a valid, transferable title. Vehicles with missing or unavailable titles are not allowed.
- Listings must include a real sale price. Placeholder pricing, “contact for price,” or similar entries are not permitted.
- Vehicle details such as year, make, model, mileage, and condition must be accurate to the best of the seller’s knowledge.
Prohibited Listings
- Vehicles not legally owned by the seller
- Vehicles without a transferable title
- Listings intended only to advertise services, financing, or unrelated products
- Duplicate listings for the same vehicle
Moderation and Enforcement
Listings that violate these rules may be hidden or removed at any time. Repeated or serious violations may result in account suspension or removal.
